Chef Marc Fosh’s catering services left a mark of taste at the 2014 Summer collection presentation for the prestigious firm Louis Vuitton. The culinary work from the British chef put the crowning touch to the event, providing it with its particular dose of luxury and glamour.
The British chef presented a Chocolate Truffle canapé with olive oil & salt flower and red pepper & raspberry jelly. A masterpiece for the attendees’ discerning palates because of its colours, style, texture and delicacy in its combination of flavours.

Louis Vuitton Shop in Majorca
Luis Vuitton’s firm opened their first boutique in the island of Majorca in November 2010, located in the historical building Can Alomar, at Passeig des Borne. An event of great expectancy which gathered medium-high society from Majorca and where Marc Fosh’s cooking was also present.
Marc Fosh is the first and only British cooker with a Michelin star in Spain and, looking at his recreations, he keeps marking his guests’ discerning palates with his inspired brilliance.
