There are weddings that, for their style and environment, acquire a unique and charming air. That is the case for Carol and Kike’s wedding, celebrated at the estate of Binigual (Binissalem). With a decoration which reminded those fairy forests, with crystal spheres floating over the tables, it allowed an atmosphere combination which impressed all the attendees and even the married couple.
On the tables, they could find colourful originally-shaped glasses and cups, which contrasted with the soft colours of the table linens. Everything was surrounded by plants, flowers and bindweed which offered a superb feeling of freshness and wellness. There were also some candles suspended in the air, which provided the setting with a magical touch.
Once again, out catering service moved to the place where the wedding was celebrated in order to offer a custom-made gastronomical proposal, full of flavour and made on site. A funny egg shop, in the shape of a wooden stand, served the guest with some home-made omelettes in little bowls, a quite original and bold proposal.
The estate of Binigual, where the wedding was celebrated, is also one of the most noted wineries in the island. In 1999, it resumed its wine tradition, sowing its first vines after years of inactivity, and since 2002, it produces wine again. A renowned and valued wine, of supreme quality.
Undoubtedly, as much for the estate as for the quality of our menu, that day became the most special one in the lives of the newly-weds. A day which they will certainly remember forever as something perfect, with style and full of happiness.
