In Marc Fosh Catering, we always look for the highest quality and exquisiteness for our clients. Our cooking stands out above the traditional catering services due to, among other features, the quality of the products used to make our dishes. Our way of understanding cooking is based on offering our clients an exclusive custom-made service, just like if it was a luxury restaurant. Because of that, we intend that the products which define our gastronomical offers are always fresh, high-quality and Mediterranean.
We are supplied with fish by Manolo Galván, owner of the fishery “Isabel y Manolo”, located in the historical Mercado del Olivar in Palma. Just as he tells us, they are a fishery which offers fresh daily fish exclusively. The origin of his products is both local and from Galicia, specially for the shellfish that cannot be found in our coasts.
Along with his retail store in the market, he provides for restaurants, yachts, private parties, and among other catering services, ours too. Being a custom-made catering service, we are available for the preferences of our clients, and if they needed some fish or shellfish for their wedding or event, we contact Manolo, who always has a wide range of selected products and serves them professionally, effectively, and with the best presentation.
