We all know that the classic gazpacho is red, based on tomato. Well in this case we have also added yellow pepper. This effective combination is what gives it that yellowish tone. The lobster brings sophistication to the whole. We bet on fresh product, and always on the most select suppliers.
On the other hand, we include in this dish the bugur, an ingredient that is obtained from wheat and is very popular in Middle Eastern cuisine. It is very similar to couscous or quinoa. But in this case, it is made by cooking the tender wheat grains in water and stirring constantly so that they cook evenly and slowly.
