We are in the middle of October, and with each passing moment we see last Summer back away. Despite of the good weather of the island, little by little, we modify our wardrobe, changing fresh clothes for jackets and trousers, flip-flops for warmer shoes… for some people, Autumn brings a certain nostalgic air (day becomes shorter, leaves fall from the tress, green colours become yellow and ochre…). For others, however, it is a romantic time, which is perfect for long walks in the park, weekend stays in rural houses, at the hearth…
Nevertheless, what keeps intact, no matter the season, is the quality and the service of our catering. After an intense Summer which was full of complex works that made us enjoy what we do to the maximum, here comes a time with great projects too, but in a more moderate level, without the adrenaline rush that the restaurant sector produces during the Summer season.
It is a time to reflect, to take a breather and, for the first time after a long time, not to feel so much vertigo as we do in these months, when we hardly had time for reaction. That feeling is addictive for us, and totally necessary in order not to lower our guard, always keeping our improvement and innovation and offering the best service and the best gastronomical proposals for our clients.
Because they entrust us with the most special day in their lives, either a wedding or an event, and we have the duty of responding by offering the best. The best: something so easy to write, but still meaning hard work which, undoubtedly, requires the perfect union and coordination of a great work team so the final result is always excellent.
For this month of October, we intend to look forward to it, working with the same eagerness and excitement we always have, improving in our day-by-day. Just so we could achieve the prestige and the good reputation that, step-by-step, we have earned in time.
