The attendance of Marc Fosh Catering in the gastronomical meeting Peccata Minuta, celebrated in the Santa Catalina Market in Palma, was a great success. This activity, organised by Chefs (in), had a limited capacity for 400 people, who could enjoy this prime quality tapas gourmet route, which supposed a larger organization.
In order to gain access to the precinct, everyone had to acquire a pack formed by 7 dishes marinated with Binigual wine and Beer Lovers’ craft beer, everything for 30 Euros. This allowed everyone to enjoy the chance of tasting all the tapas presented for this event.
Along with Marc Fosh, there were other renown cooks who took part in this event such as Victor García, William Tétard, Miquel Gelabert, Tomeu Martí, Tomeu Torrens and Elisabeth Julienne. Undoubtedly, this gastronomical route was a unique chance to taste their cooking and to have a nice, relaxed and flavour-packed time.
Marc Fosh Catering offered the attendees a tapa formed by a low-temperature egg with bacon foam, potato and wild mushroom, which caused stir among those who attended this popular meeting, with the best gastronomy in small doses.
