Each season of the year has its own charm and its own distinctive features. Even though Summer invites us to fresh dishes, based on light and delicate proposals like salads, adding fruits and other different flavours and textures, in Autumn, there is a comeback of vegetable creams, more elaborate dishes… Dried fruits and nuts being added to desserts fit perfectly (dates, walnuts, chestnuts…), as well as the incorporation of pumpkin or asparagus in their different shapes and varieties… a whole world of flavours and aromas to enjoy the first colds of the season to the maximum.
October is a month for settling. On September, we came back to the usual routine after a Summer of vacations and leisure and, on October, we no longer have to make an effort to face the day-by-day. There are still some long weekends (October 12th, All Saint’s Day…), which are ideal for planning short breaks. These are slight opportunities to get away again and to enjoy free time in family, in the mountains, picking mushrooms… the options are endless. Besides, it is a time to use for the celebration of events, weddings… The weather is mild in Majorca and, despite of the first rains, the sun and the good weather prevail.
For our catering, it is a time that we love as we are allowed for the creation of new dishes. We keep innovating, growing and betting for a quality custom-made service for our clients, granting our dishes with seasonal products, which provide our work with veracity and honesty, always offering present in-season cooking, in order to capture all the flavour and properties of the products our land offers.
