At Fosh Catering we work every day to outdo ourselves and to continue to surprise with our dishes. In the kitchen, we have a team of experienced and creative professionals, who contribute to the Marc Fosh “brand”. Always supported by fresh and seasonal products, that make our dishes a guaranteed success for any wedding or event.
We like to keep innovating, not to stay the same or conform. We are one of the leading catering companies in the Balearic Islands, but that does not stop us from always looking to improve. With this in mind, a few weeks ago at Son Mir we organised an event known as “Chef’s Challenge”.
It included a challenge between our team of chefs. Each chef had to produce a culinary dish, based on finger food and the guests had to vote on their favourite.
The final winning dish was from our colleague Raúl, the pumpkin, coral with goat’s cheese and orange sweet. According to Raúl, it is “a small gem, a gift for couples, full of flavour”. It makes our mouths water just remembering it!
We want to thank both Son Mir as well as all participants at the event. It was a real pleasure that undoubtedly helped us towards being the choice of our possible clients.
