After the success of the Wine Pop Up Dinner, we’ve wanted to repeat this experience with a new and exquisite proposal to have an unforgettable night with wine tasting (wine from Mallorca) and its perfect pairing.
Once again the Wine Pop Up Dinner will be celebrated at the Son Mesquida Nou country house the 10th of August on the most special night of the year. The tears of San Lorenzo or the famous night of the Perseidas will embrace the guests with a star-filled mantle to enjoy a night of wine tasting and its perfect pairing.
Once again, we will have with us the award-winning sommelier Gabriel Lucas and the gastronomic chef Kevin Becker to enjoy a night of gourmet food, good friends, and good company by candlelight at Son Mesquida Nou.

About Kevin Becker:
Kevin Becker started cooking with Marc Fosh in 2002, at his famous, 1 Michelin-starred restaurant in Mallorca. His enterprising spirit and his early success allowed him to grow rapidly, he started a cooking school and a restaurant in Palma. From that moment on, Catering Fosh started to take root as a company, and a few years later, he was completely devoted to the catering business.
Nowadays, Fosh Catering is one of the most successful catering companies on the Balearic Islands.
About Gabriel Lucas:
Gabriel Lucas is the sommelier of Marc Fosh restaurant, and the winner of the XX Championship of the Best Sommelier on the Balearic Islands in 2018. Lucas was born in Palma in 1983, and worked previously as a second sommelier at Tristán Restaurant. Later on, Lucas started working at the 1 Michelin-starred Marc Fosh restaurant where he has been a sommelier for 3 years now.
