Marc Fosh, with the indispensable support of his catering team, will be one of the cooks who take part in the gastronomical meeting Peccata Minuta, which is celebrated next Saturday at 21:00 h. This activity, organised by Chefs (in), will be carried out in Santa Catalina market (Palma), and will have a limited capacity for 400 people, due to the large number of people in former editions.
In order to gain access to the precinct, everyone must acquire a pack formed by 7 dishes marinated with Binigual wine and Beer Lovers’ craft beer, everything for 30 Euros.
Along with Marc Fosh, awarded with a Michelin Star in 2002, there are other renown cooks who take part in this event such as Victor García, William Tétard, Miquel Gelabert, Tomeu Martí, Tomeu Torrens and Elisabeth Julienne. Undoubtedly, a unique chance to taste his cooking and to have a nice, relaxed and flavour-packed time.
The available dishes are a set of different tapas gourmet in Mediterranean style, still providing it with an innovative and avant-garde touch, which makes these chefs’ cooking being well-known and valued at international level. This event will be celebrated simultaneously in Ciutadella, on the occasion of the celebration of the Balearic Islands’ Day.
