Last Monday, the third edition of the Tourism Forum + was held at the Opinion Club of the Diario de Mallorca, where new models of tourism were discussed as well as opinions given regarding the evolution of the last season. The meeting was attended by distinguished professionals from the sector who had the opportunity to share, analyse and propose improvements for the next tourist season.
The services of Marc Fosh Catering were once again chosen to add flavour to this event which allowed relationships and synergies to be formed between the businessmen of the sector. Both our dishes made using traditional Mediterranean, ingredients as well as our characteristic innovative touch, delighted the guests and proved just how unique we are.
Our special “burrata” with ground black olives, baguettes with sobrasada and our truffled quail eggs (see photo), delighted the taste buds of the guests. We must also mention the culinary success of our classic sea bass ceviche, prawns with guacamole, marinated salmon with watercress and spicy radish, tomato and strawberry gazpacho, lobster tagliatelle with spicy alioli, pork belly confit and squid croquettes.
